Each batch of products can be inquired through the traceability system, including full-process data such as planting/breeding bases, test reports, and logistics information, and traceability certificates are provided with the goods.
Fresh products adopt customized cold chain solutions: rapid preprocessing immediately after harvesting/catching, combined with insulated boxes + ice packs/dry ice sealed packaging, and full-process constant temperature transportation at 0-4℃. At the same time, special line logistics is selected for expedited delivery, and the temperature and logistics status are tracked in real time to maximize the retention of original freshness.
We provide diversified transportation solutions such as sea freight, air freight, and land transportation, and can customize the optimal route according to product characteristics and needs. We provide comprehensive compliance services, including preparing customs declaration documents, quarantine certificates, certificates of origin in advance, to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods and shorten the transportation cycle.
We can customize exclusive packaging according to customer needs and product characteristics (such as fresh products, dry goods, fragile goods, etc.), including packaging materials, specifications, printing information, etc. The customized packaging complies with international transportation standards to ensure the safety of goods and meet customers’ personalized needs such as brand display.
Q5: What should I do if there are quality problems after receiving the products?
We provide 24-hour after-sales response service. If the product is unusable due to transportation or inherent quality problems, customers can contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide proof. Fresh products can enjoy full refund or re-delivery, and other categories will be provided with corresponding solutions according to the problem.
