Ya’an Yam

Ya’an Yam – The soft and glutinous delicacy from the cloudland, hometown of giant pandas. Grown in the alpine ecological area at an altitude of 1,800-2,400 meters on the eastern foot of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with a growth period of up to 240 days. The flesh is delicate, soft and glutinous, sweet and with a lingering aftertaste. Its starch and amino acid contents are significantly higher than ordinary yams, with prominent medicinal and edible value.
